Securing a successful admission at UCI

General admissions criteria for UCI graduate programs

 All applicants must meet the following minimum academic requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized academic institution.
  • Have a minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0
  • Provide official standardized test scores (GRE).
  • As an international student, you must meet other requirements and must demonstrate English language proficiency.
  • To support your admission and before you submitting your application you must select the department and potential faculty you wish to work with. MGREP can guide you in the direction that is best for you.

Please note that individual graduate programs may have additional requirements for admission.
